Compost Making 


We gathered information about composting. We observed the composting work of our Ayvalık
 TEMA district representative. We collected wasted food, dried leaves, eggshells. We prepared the 
compost in our school garden with task sharing. We kept it in a dark place for a week. We poured 
our compost manure on the trees and flowers we planted. It was a job that we enjoyed very much.
 We also informed our school friends. Now my students know how to compost. They will
 be able to evaluate waste materials with this study.

          We examined the measurement results of the air quality from the nearest air measurement station to our district. We found that there was no problem in terms of health. We learned that outdoor activities can be done. We compared the results of the Balıkesir station with the results of other provinces. Watching Animation or Documentary

  We watched an animated movie in our class on Global Warming and climate change. We talked about solutions. It was emphasized that we should all pay attention. It was said that it is everyone's duty to protect our world and that we should set an example. We have decided to inform all the people around us, starting with our school. It was a very productive, fun and informative work.
